It all started when…

We started the GEC (Gender Equality Collective). We had lots of chat - and input. This was awesome but it was mainly from the ‘grown ups’. We wanted to hear from the young people - the people who need the future to change. The people that are the future. The kids. The teens. The min-adults and mini-minis. The babies. From the ickle ones to the big grown up young people. We wanted to listen to you - and get SmashingStereotypes with you - and for you. So, we created this site.
